Prospero are looking for a passionate, dedicated game-changer, to join our well established client as an Account Manager, based in Dartford.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, within the sales team, of growing the account, by achieving orders for system integration and services, and helping with all department sales support tasks designated by the Team Manager.
Other roles will include:
- Establish strong, long lasting relationships with clients and maintain existing relationships
- For assigned clients, be accountable for the level and quality of all sales and services delivered, maintain client relationship and satisfaction levels. Take opportunities to grow business with client
- Produce monthly reports on sales and open opportunities and more
Experience, Skills and Attributes needed to be successful:
- Have basic technical Audio Visual knowledge to translate client requirements into a technical solution, including VC rooms, presentation room with a number of sources, digital signage players and screens, projection solutions both fixed and portable, portable screen solutions, and include basic audio requirements
- Have an Audio Visual technical engineering background or have experience in a technical internal sales role
- Experience in Client facing role
- Experience in sales or account management is desirable
- Able to work in a reactive environment where workload is not linear and will peak
- Able to prioritise and schedule work effectively
Our client is looking for a self Motivated- organised and enthusiastic person, willing to go the extra mile if necessary.
The salary for this role is paying anywhere between £35,000- £45,000 plus benefits.
