Salary: £25,000


Prospero Integrated are currently working closely with a global technical production company within the events industry who are ever-expanding their team! Currently we are searching for AV Project Coordinator to join the Manchester team based in a conference venue in the city centre. Ideal candidates must come from the corporate events/AV industry.


The Role:

The Project Co-ordinator will provide accurate delivery of equipment and staff for members of the project team from the point of contract through to event delivery. The Co-ordinator will also assist the event managers with project communication, equipment utilisation, scheduling and budgeting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure most efficient and cost-effective use of inventory to maximise revenue.
  • Source additional AV equipment from external suppliers when required, ensuring that the best rates have been negotiated.
  • Manage crew bookings for each event.
  • Raise purchase orders for suppliers and crew according to policies and procedures.
  • Process payment of supplier’s invoices adhering to procedures.
  • Manage transfers between venue and central warehouse.
  • Create and manage relevant paperwork i.e. purchase orders, delivery/collection notes.
  • Ensure equipment requests are processed accordingly and correct information passed on to all relevant parties.
  • Schedule and book local crew and transport when required.
  • Review stock movements and report any discrepancies.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.
  • Take a participative role in the Company’s sustainability initiative and ensure where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.
  • Ensure that the service is the best in the industry – strive for a zero-failure policy.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.
  • Take a participative role in the company’s sustainability initiative and ensure, where possible, your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function.
