We expect you too to be honest and communicate; be punctual whether booked for a day of supply; an interview or a long-term position; dress appropriately, research the company and review the job spec and interview tips. If you are on working on a contractual basis for us ; fill in your timesheets on time; follow our guides on code of conduct and be an ambassador for Prospero.
Once a daily salary has been agreed we will not accept overtime and per diems UNLESS Prospero and the Clients consent has been sought prior to the completion of the work.
If at any time you find you will not be able to arrive at the client site at the expected time, please contact us on the number above to advise us of the delay. If you are booked for a days work, one of the Prospero consultants will do a journey planner for you and advise you on your expected arrival time at the client site. This information will be communicated to the client, and if you are late you need to communicate with us by telephone and notify us of your lateness by 8.30am. If you are ill please inform us by 6.30am at the latest, by contacting us on 020 7404 6383 or 07775 446623, so that we can advise the client.
Please introduce yourself and say that you are from Prospero. Ask the contact to inform the relevant individual, the name of whom would have been given to you by your Prospero consultant – that you have arrived. Remember to sign in. Before you start working you have to ask the client to inform you about their relevant working practices.
Before you leave
Make sure you have done all the work that is required of you and seek permission to leave. Ask the contact to sign your TIMESHEET and get it signed. Some of our clients will fax the timesheet to our agency. If not, it is your responsibility to get it signed and sent to us. ALWAYS KEEP A COPY OF YOUR TIMESHEET.
Please dress accordingly. The purpose of the dress code is to uphold the professional image of the profession, the client and Prospero. Our reputation is important to us. It is important to create a positive impression of both yourself and the company.
